Public Offer

General terms and provider

This document is a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The service provider and operator is the RustRecon project administration, reachable on Telegram at @RustRecon (https://t.me/RustRecon). The controlling contract language is Russian.

Services

The Provider supplies paid RustRecon access for the selected period, including extended public-data reports about Rust players, tracking, saved squads, and configured website, Telegram, and Rust+ notifications. The agreement is limited to access to RustRecon features. The plan contents shown at rustrecon.ru/pro form part of this offer.

Acceptance

The offer is accepted by making a one-time payment after reviewing the price, access period, this offer, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. The agreement is formed when the payment provider confirms successful payment.

Prices and payment

The Pro price is RUB 129 for 7 days, RUB 315 for 30 days, or RUB 3,149 for 365 days. The total price, access period, and available payment methods are shown before payment is confirmed. The checkout price and period control for that purchase.

One-time payment

Each purchase grants Pro for the selected paid period. Automatic renewal and recurring charges are not enabled.

To continue Pro after it expires, the customer makes a new purchase. A purchase made while access is active adds its days to the remaining term.

Access delivery

Access is activated after payment confirmation and attached to the purchasing account. The service is delivered online. The customer supplies a compatible device, network connection, and access to any third-party account they choose to integrate.

Receipts

After payment, a receipt is delivered using the customer details or a method supported by the payment service.

Responsibilities

The Provider supplies paid access, handles support, and addresses confirmed faults within a reasonable time. Customers must use the service lawfully and may not share paid accounts, use paid features without payment, disrupt the service, or use data for harassment or disclosure of private information.

Third parties and liability

Some functionality depends on Steam, BattleMetrics, public project-ban data sources, Facepunch Rust+, Telegram, game servers, banks, and networks. Mandatory provider liability and consumer rights are not excluded. Automated RustRecon reports should not be the sole basis for high-impact decisions.

Refunds and claims

Refund handling is described at rustrecon.ru/refund-policy together with mandatory law. Claims should be sent to Telegram @RustRecon with the account email, payment date, amount, plan, and payment ID.

Data and intellectual property

Data processing is described at rustrecon.ru/privacy. RustRecon code, interface, writing, and design remain with their owners. Paid access is limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable for the paid period.

Term and changes

The offer applies until withdrawn or replaced. A new revision applies to purchases after its effective date and does not reduce mandatory rights already accrued. The Russian text controls if translations differ.
